About Me
Hi, I'm Danielle, a qualified, BACP registered counsellor, couple's therapist and group facilitator. I work both remotely and in person in Horsham & London. I am an advanced practitioner with a Bachelor's degree (Bsc) in Person Centred Pluralistic Therapy. I have trained further and earned a certificate in Couple's Counselling and facilitating therapeutic groups.
I have significant experience of in-person and remote therapeutic work. My approach focuses on the 'human first' connection, meaning that I'll prioritise collaboration in our sessions to ensure you can feel empowered to get the most out of them.

FAQ
How long are the sessions?
Sessions last 50 minutes, and are held on a weekly basis. Longer sessions are available upon agreement, and I hold a limited number of bi-weekly session slots should this be helpful for you.
Do you offer concessional rates?
Yes, I hold a limited number of concessional rates and am happy to discuss this in your enquiry call.
What happens when I contact you?
If you reach out via email, I'll usually reply within 2 days. I'll arrange a free, no pressure 15 minute enquiry call at a time that works for you. In this call we'll cover, what brings you to seek therapy at this time, introduce myself and for you to ask any questions you have. If you choose to go ahead, we’ll agree a regular session time.
What should I expect from our first session?
The first session is a chance for us to meet and get a feel for working together. There will be some admin to cover and I'll explain the practicalities of our how counselling works. We'll take the rest of the session at a pace which works best for you to talk about how sessions can feel most comfortable for you and begin.
Do I need to know what to talk about?
Knowing you want support isn't always the same as knowing where to start, and that's okay. There's no rush to find the right words. I'll work alongside you, beginning in the right way not as important than simply beginning.
